Toolbar

LITEBI is a web application accessible from any browser. It has been designed with a Windows style. It will be possible to interact with items of your space with the right mouse button over the elements.

It contains a series of modules, explained in the next block. You will be able to access  all of them from an intuitive and user friendly interface. At the top right part of the interface there are a number of buttons common to all modules that allow us to navigate through LITEBI:

Data: In the data block you will be able to consult, only if you has access to it, the folders that contain cubes, dimensions and scorecards, which contain all the cubes, dimensions and scorecards created. Depending on the selected folder the user will be able to perform operations related to that folder, either with the right mouse button or on the top bar. When selecting a concrete cube the user will be able to edit it(by clicking on it or by selecting Edit in the top bar or with the right mouse button), to modify any element of the cube, or explore it, for reporting purposes. When selecting a dimension, the user will be able to edit it the same way as the cubes. Finally, when selecting a scorecard, the user will be able to edit it to create / modify its elements or explore it to see all the information it contains. All these operations are explained in detail later.

Data LITEBI

Settings: In the settings block  you can manage all users of the space, with their roles. It allows the creation and modification of users and roles, as well as the allocation of roles to users. Another option offered is to change the space's logo. Finally, it offers a very interesting element, which is the management of planning. Planning is the ability to periodically send any existing report in the space and format selected to an email address.
