Workspace

All LITEBI client has a private and secured space within the platform. LITEBI ensures that the content of the site can be accessed only by persons authorized by the client and only with the levels of access to information that have been defined.

The workspace is made up of two folders. A private folder and public folder:

- In the private folder the user can store his reports and personal dashboards, where the only user with access to this folder will be the user who has created it. It will be his personal space.

- In the public folder the user can create and maintain those reports and dashboards that is willing to share with other users, following a role-defined policy.

The top bar shows all the actions that the user can perform: create folders, cube views (explained below), cut, copy and delete any file and view its properties to change its name and description, depending on the selected folder. If either of the folders contains a report / dashboard, and are selected, you will see two more actions you can perform; explorer and planning. These functions are explained in detail later.

All the above actions can be accessed from the right button on the item.
