Views: Table Options

Table

Here we can customize different options of the table:

• - If we want the table to be visible.
• - Size of the page. Useful when there are many records to be displayed. Select a maximum in order not to have too many data on the view that makes it hard for us to analyze the situation clearly. The limit is defined in 300 records per page.

Filter

We can define filters to rows / columns through formulas. We have a set of predefined formulas in LITEBI. By selecting the desired formula, in the "tree" at the right side, the parameters that make up that role are shown. Clicking on these parameters we can select any previously set item (measure, calculatedMember, dimensionMember) or new formulas (formula).

Ranking

In the ranking tab we can filter any element of the rows or columns so that that the platform shows us only the number of elements greater or less than we desire. Its an expanded version of what we find in the context menu.

Order

We can order the table by the parameter that we desire, in ascending or descending.

Color rules

In the last tab we can apply color rules to the report, according to the desired condition on the parameter we want or to the entire table. We also have available the trend arrows, according to the defined condition.
