Views: Last steps

When we have finished our view we can save it, export it to Excel or PDF and mail it. These actions are carried out through the top bar we see in the picture.

Save

Save and Save As ...: With these actions we will be able to save the report in liteSpace, either in our private or public folder, putting the name and description we desire.

Export

By clicking the export to PDF or export to excel button, the browser will automatically ask us where we want to save the Excel file or pdf that has been generated.

Send

With the send mail option a window will open and we will specify the email to which we want to send the report and its format.

We will have the possibility to send the file in both Excel and pdf, as the URL for registered users of the platform.
