Scorecard: Result view

The Results tab allows us to consult all the items of the balanced scorecard except initiatives and tasks.

Overall result

It's the first thing we see when we enter this page. We can see the overall result of the balanced scorecard, all its fields and perspectives. There is a table for each perspective informing about its status status and trend of each of its objectives. From this screen we can deepen and look at every perspective (by clicking its name in the title of the table) or each objective (by clicking its name.)

Perspective result

This screen shows the result of the perspective that has been previously selected, all its fields (with its status and trend) and a table of its objectives, which informs of the status and trends of these. We can be deepen by clicking on the name of any objective.

Objective result

This screen shows the result of the selected objective. We can see all its fields, in addition to its status and trend, and a table with all metrics (with their values, target values, changes, variations (%) status and trends). We can be deepen by clicking on the name of any metric.

Metric result

This screen presents the results of the metric selected, all its fields and its status and trend. It also shows a table with the history of that measure (period, value, target value, variation and variation%), which depends on the selected period:

- If we selected month , we will see a table with every month of that year in which only from the first month to the selected month are completed.

- If we selected year, we will see a table with all the years in which there is data in the database and only from the first year to the selected year are completed.

- If we have selected quarter, we will see a table with all the quarters of the year and are filled only from the first quarter until the quarter selected.

- If we selected four-month period, we will see a table with every semester of that year and only from the first four-months period to the selected four-month period are completed.

- If we selected semester, we will see a table with all the semesters of that year and previous year in which only from the first half of last year (if any) to the selected semester are filled.

And finally, it shows a graph in which we can see the information regarding the value and target value contained in the historical table.
