Scorecard: Strategic initiatives views

The Initiatives tab allows us to see all the balanced scorecard initiatives and its tasks.

List of initiatives

Its the first thing displayed when we enter this tab. This screen shows the result of all of the balanced scorecard initiatives. We can seen in what perspective and objective it is placed, its progress, status and trend, start and end date. The status, trend, start and end date are calculated based on their duties. We can deepen on the initiative we desire by clicking on its name.

Result of the initiative

This screen shows the results of the initiative selected, all its fields, status, trend, progress, start and end date (calculated based on their tasks). It also shows a table informing about the results of all its tasks. We can deepen by clicking on any task.

Result of a task

This screen only shows the result of the selected task, all its fields, status, trend and progress.
